Also, it’s beautifully springy
Oh dear.
I had a job interview today, and I can honestly say I have no idea how it went. A friend says it went well; I don’t know.
Paperwork is going forward. It feels as if it’s taking baby steps, but considering where we were just four months ago, I’ve gotten miles and miles ahead. And as I was telling Lucas this weekend: even when I am bored and underentertained, the worst day here it still way better than the best one where we still didn’t know if I’d be able to come over at all. He makes it worth it.
We went down to PLU today, which was an odd, odd feeling. For one, it was empty due to Spring Break, and sinceĀ I’ve left, a building and a half has popped up. It was strange. We were due to visit Darren and Lucas’ former boss Kris, but D was away temporarily when we showed up, and Kris was sick. So all that remained was to go the glorious, glorious India Mahal. So tasty. We died.
Now, let’s hope for that job, shall we?
